The barn door hardware kit we offer is a 6.6ft rail kit for a 40-inch wide door. The Steel Hangers feature upgraded Nylon wheels with durable bearings, ensuring a smooth and quiet slide. The Door Stoppers prevent the door from rolling off the rail, with anti-collision rubber caps that ensure a quiet and soft close. The Anti-jump Pads go on top of the door and won't allow it to be lifted off the rail. The Floor Guide prevents the door from swinging out or up against the baseboard.
The Adjustable Roller Screws allow you to install door panels with a thickness of 1 3/16" to 2". A clearance of 5 1/8" from the top of the door to the ceiling is needed for installing the roller hangers. The gap from the wall to the door is equal to 2.2" minus the door thickness. The maximum load-bearing capacity is 330 lbs per door. The 6.6ft rail comes in 5 separate pieces: 4 x Track Support, 2 x Steel Roller Hanger, 2 x Door Stopper, 2 x Anti-jump Pad, 1 x Door Guide, and 1 x Install Manual. All other necessary hardware is included.
