Our Double Track Bypass System allows the barn door to slide on the track you desire, so the doors won't affect each other when sliding. This provides a better solution than a single track, as it offers more flexibility and the ability to maximize the opening. The black electrostatic sprayed carbon steel track ensures corrosion, rust, and scratch resistance. The nylon-covered wheels offer great durability, vibration, and wear resistance, while the high-purity Gcr15 steel bearings, rigorously tested over 160,000 times, provide a buttery smooth and quiet sliding experience.

The hardware kit is made from heavy-duty materials, including a solid high-standard Q235 carbon steel track and grade 8.8 self-tapping and roller bolts, allowing it to easily hold doors up to 230 lbs. The rubber-covered door stoppers provide a good buffer effect and reduce noise.

Our step-by-step instructions with detailed word descriptions and pictures guide you through the installation process, which includes:

1. Marking and drilling track and bracket holes
2. Installing the inside track using spacers and bolts
3. Attaching brackets to the wall and installing the outside track
4. Installing door stoppers on both tracks
5. Attaching steel hangers to your doors
6. Hanging your doors and installing anti-jump pads
7. Adjusting the door's opening and closing positions, then installing a floor guide

The track length should be at least as long as the total door width or the opening. If the studs don't line up with the pre-drilled holes or there is a doorway trim, you can add a headboard. The gap between the inner door and the wall is approximately 5/8", and the gap between two door panels is about 2" (based on a door thickness of 1-9/16").
