NATURAL SPRUCE WOOD: The spruce wood surface has a beautiful texture with a glossy feeling. It is a delicate, natural, and fragrant material that is not easy to rot, but also has good toughness, flexibility, durability, sound insulation, heat insulation, and deodorization. The glue and paint coloring performance is also excellent, and it won't split when nailed.

DIMENSION: Width: 38", Height: 84", Thickness: 1 3/8", Solid core thick: 1/2". The door can be flipped in either direction. Weight: 66.1lbs.

EASY INSTALLATION: The barn door is pre-drilled and ready for installation. All wood panels are mitered for a snug fit, making it easy for construction and a vertical panel style wood barn door. The tools you need are a screwdriver and a hammer.

We don't provide customized size service, and we don't recommend cutting the door to maintain normal use. The sizes shown above are all the sizes we currently offer.

If your doorway has trim, a wider door would look better. We recommend leaving 1-2 inches wide on each side. If the studs don't line up with the pre-drilled holes in the rail, you'll need a header board. If there's no trim or baseboard on the wall, you don't need to install the header board. Otherwise, you'll need to install it. The header board is not included.
