Designed to provide a clean, soft close, the Soft Stop mechanism is manufactured to precise dimensions, subtly hidden behind the track. Similarly to soft-closing drawer slides, it gently and quietly catches the barn door, reducing the impact at the end of the track. The adjustable triggers accommodate low spots, ensuring the door functions smoothly.

New Selling Points: We include 4 extra actuator spacers in the package, solving the issue of the door being too far away from the soft close mechanism. Each spacer is 0.15 inches tall, allowing you to install 1 or 2 under both actuators to achieve the appropriate height for the actuator to contact the soft close on the rail, maintaining a 0.4-1 inch gap from the rail to the door.
This product is designed for one-way operation, with a set for the left and right sides. Installing two sets, one on each side, will allow the door to stop softly when opening and closing. It can only be installed on a flat track, not a circular one.
Installation: Connect the two S-shaped hooks to both end sides of the soft close mechanism using the supplied screws. Simply attach the soft close to the back of the track with the hooks and fasten it with the hex wrench. There is no need to drill holes on the rail.
To determine the actuator's position on the door, first push the door to the final stop position. Then, place the actuator into the gap of the soft close and fix it there with the supplied screws. Adjust the actuator height according to the gap between the door top and the bottom of the soft close, ranging from 0.39 to 0.59 inches. Repeat these steps on the other side when installing the second soft close set.
